Like most people, you’re likely accustomed to having your granola sprinkled over yogurt or with a splash of milk, or possibly as a snack straight out of the bag. But have you thought of using it to add some flair to a traditional holiday favorite?
Well, there is nothing like the holiday season to bring out a person’s inner gourmand and we were so inspired, that we decided to put a wild spin on one of our favorite holiday indulgences - deviled eggs.
We started with a classic recipe that’s quick and easy and added a dash of our Curryosity granola to give it a spicy kick and a crunchy bite.
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon pickle relish
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
Bark Wild Curryosity granola
Remove the egg yolks and transfer to a small bowl. Mash with a fork and add mayo, relish and salt and pepper to taste. Fill the empty shells with the mixture, sprinkly lightly with paprika and garnish with
Bark Wild Curryosity granola. Refrigerate and enjoy!
The second friends and family tasted our devilish twist on this traditional holiday dish, they vowed to never go back!
